Gal Gadot Celebrates Batman Day With ‘Justice League’ Set Video

Gal Gadot shared a hilarious set video from Justice League to celebrate Batman Day.

It’s safe to say that not only is Batman the most popular superhero in the DC Multiverse, but he is also one of the most beloved pop culture icons of both the 20th and 21st centuries. The character’s impact from comics, to TV shows, films and video games is insurmountable, and his recent portrayal from Ben Affleck in Zack Snyder’s DC Extended Universe films has grown to become a favorite amongst fans, particularly when he stood alongside Justice League members like Henry Cavill as Superman and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman.

It’s safe to say that Gal Gadot is celebrating Batman Day 2021. In a Justice League set video she posted, we see her in the Wonder Woman suit as she dons Ben Affleck’s cowl. It’s certainly amusing to see:

Gal Gadot has acted alongside Ben Affleck as Batman in two DCEU films: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League. Fans really responded to the duo’s dynamic, especially in the Snyder Cut, in which they had to come together to form the Justice League and bring Superman back from the dead.

Although the future of Ben Affleck’s Batman remains uncertain following his return in The Flash, Gal Gadot is expected to reprise her role in a third Wonder Woman movie, which is currently in development with returning director Patty Jenkins. Whether or not we see them return in a potential Justice League sequel also remains uncertain, but many fans are holding out hope that the Snyder Cut wasn’t the last we’ve seen of the characters united.

Here is the synopsis for Zack Snyder’s Justice League:

“In ZACK SNYDER’S JUSTICE LEAGUE, determined to ensure Superman’s (Henry Cavill) ultimate sacrifice was not in vain, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) aligns forces with Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an approaching threat of catastrophic proportions. The task proves more difficult than Bruce imagined, as each of the recruits must face the demons of their own pasts to transcend that which has held them back, allowing them to come together, finally forming an unprecedented league of heroes. Now united, Batman (Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and The Flash (Ezra Miller) may be too late to save the planet from Steppenwolf, DeSaad and Darkseid and their dreadful intentions.”

The Snyder Cut stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, J.K. Simmons, and Ciarán Hinds.

Both versions of Justice League are available on HBO Max. Stay tuned for the latest news regarding the future of the DC Multiverse, and make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
