New DC FanDome Trailer Teases New The Batman & Black Adam Footage

The new trailer for DC FanDome features new footage from The Batman and our first look at Black Adam.

DC FanDome’s second outing is next week and fans are eagerly awaiting to see what the virtual convention has in store for them. Last year, fans were treated to the first trailer of Robert Pattinson’s The Batman, their first look at Rocksteady Studios’ Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, and much, much more. Fans can expect more of the same this time around, including a brand new trailer for The Batman, which is scheduled to hit cinemas next March.

Ahead of next weekend’s virtual convention, DC FanDome has released a brand new trailer teasing their sophomore offerings. The trailer features various stars from the DC Extended Universe and The CW’s Arrowverse hyping up the event, with footage from various films, games, and TV shows spliced in. While the trailer showed brief new footage of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and Superman & Lois, the real highlights were seeing new footage of Robert Pattinson as The Batman. There’s also a quick look at Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam in motion, making it the first time we’ve seen footage from his Shazam! spin-off.

Aside from teasing Black Adam and The Batman, the trailer also hypes up Ezra Miller’s The Flash and Jason Momoa’s Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, as well as numerous other properties under DC’s belt. The trailer ends by confirming that a brand new trailer for Matt Reeves’ The Batman will debut at the event. DC FanDome will available to stream on October 16, at 1:00 PM EST.

In addition to Dwayne Johnson and PIerce Brosnan, Black Adam stars Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher and Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone. Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, James Cusati-Moyer, and Bodhi Sabongui are also on board in undisclosed roles. Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia, and Hiram Garcia of Seven Bucks Productions are producing the movie with Beau Flynn of FlynnPictureCo. FlynnPictureCo’s Scott Sheldon serves as an executive producer.

Black Adam will hit theaters on July 29, 2022. Stay tuned for all the latest news surrounding the DC multiverse on the big screen, and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more exclusive video content!
